Still the best...
By Xena Deb
John Byrne’s revamp of Superman in 1986 is still the best...since his initial incarnation in 1938’s Action Comics #1.
What a great trip down memory lane when everything about Superman was new again.
And, if you haven’t read Byrne;s run on Superman before, now’s your chance to start with Superman #1 (volume 2)
P.S. Byrne actually started with a couple of prequel miniseries: “The World of” miniseries. The World of Krypton, Smallville, and Metropolis. Well worth a read before jumping into this one. Enjoy!

I thought this book was really good. Very good drawings with a lot of detail. The book just keeps making you turn the page, you can really tell the creators took their time.
