It is obviously a great reading for the new teachers. As like we ,students normally see in our classes what our respected teachers want us to be.
A great read no doubt

As someone who got in to teaching without getting a degree in eduction, I found this book to be an excellent overview of important topics and practical ideas to implement in the classroom.

I really enjoyed this read because it's approachable and a conversation starter. When I introduced the book to my circle of "best practice" colleagues, it allowed us to reflect on what areas we can improve based on possible misconceptions of the teaching/learning process. A few of us even dove into the sources found in the back of the book. I definitely enjoy the approach of looking at the brain, and the content is presented in a way that doesn't scare off even the most traditionalist teachers. I think it's an important read for novice and even experienced teachers.
Thoughtful, important read for any educator or parent!
