First time to varkala, it was really fun. we had a great time in the beach. less populated and even less polluted. Black beach was awesome, we were in the beach for around 4-5 hours. Varkala Beach, also known as Papanasham Beach, and Pearl of Arabian Sea is a cliff beach situated in the coastal city of Varkala in Thiruvananthapuram District, India. It is situated 39 km north of Trivandrum the capital and largest city of Kerala. The beach skirts the Arabian Sea, part of the Indian Ocean. we stayed in a decent resort, got a sea facing room. room costed us 1000 INR. The view from our room was epic.
